* You will be charged late fees if rent is received after the 5th day of the month.

You can make a one-time payment, or set it up to automatically deduct the money from your bank account on the third day of each month.

The Cosmopolitan is pleased to offer you the option to pay your rent online with an E-check. Just click and follow the instructions to get started. (You will need your resident account number the first time you establish your account. It is available from the rental office.) E-Checks are free.

Credit Cards
If you prefer to pay with VISA, Master Card or Discover, you can call Rent Payment Customer Service at (866) 289-5977, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Eastern). You can also use their 24/7 automated system. There is a $36.95 convenience fee for payments made by credit card.
