What are the hours of my amenities?

Your Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day and should be accessed using your entry card issued at move in. The Pool hours have now been extended till10pm Monday - Friday. We hope that these extended hours allow everyone to enjoy the pool plaza even more! Your Executive Board Room is open from 9 am until midnight Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 1 pm until midnight. Please contact the Leasing Office if you would like to reserve this room for business or personal use. Catering service is also available. The Club Room is open Monday through Saturday 9 am until 10 pm and Sunday 1 pm until 10 pm. If you are interested in reserving please contact the Leasing Office.

How do I use the front entry panel?

In order to use the front panel system or "call box" you must please supply your land phone number. Once entered into the panel your guests can call right up to your new apartment home. If your guests scroll down the panel by pressing the # key they will find your name along with a three digit code. They will press the three digit code which will then ring your phone. You will be able to hear them throught the speaker. If you would like to let them in press 9 on your phone. If you would like to see them you can turn to Channel 5 on your television.

Where is the trash chute?

The trash chute is conveniently located on every floor across from the elevators on the Main Street side of the building. The door is marked refuse room. Please only place kitchen sized bags in the chute.

How do I access my internet?

In order for your Cox high speed internet to work your modem must be provisioned. This can be accomplished by providing the leasing office with your customer s/n, model # and HFC Mac Id number. Please allow time for us to call these numbers in and get your internet up and running. You may also request a FAst Connect Kit before or after move in, which will be mailed to your new home address.

How do I contact emergency maintenance?

During office hours please call the Leasing Office at 757-456-9292 and we will send a professional immediately. In the event that it is after hours this same number is routed to an answering service who will contact them for you. In the event that neither can be reached please call 810-5823 which is the cell number to the technician on call.

Where do I take my boxes and other large items?

Boxes and other large items can be placed in the large compactor on Town Center Drive. Take the Main Street Elevatprs down to the 1st floor lobby, exit through back double doors and make a left down corridor. Take the corridor through the double doors and you will see the compactor in the bay.

What if someone is parked in my reserved space?

Please call 227-4054 which is Town Center Security. They will immobilize the car with a "boot" to have the car removed from the spot. Although the garage is owned by the City feel free to call the office for any assistance. We will provide any help we can.
